Electronic Communications & Consent
Version 1.6Effective date: October 20, 2026
1. Your consent
By using our services, you consent to receive communications, notices, disclosures, and records from Veritex LLC, doing business as Veritex Advisory, Veritex Business Formation, and Veritex Registered Agent Services, in electronic form — including by email and through the platform.
2. What this covers
- Order and payment confirmations
- Subscription confirmations, renewal notices, and price-change notices
- Notification of documents, correspondence, or legal process received on your behalf
- Compliance notifications and reminders
- Documents we prepare and deliver to you
- Changes to these documents or to any Veritex policy
- Any other notice, disclosure, or record relating to your services
Where permitted by law, electronic delivery satisfies any requirement that a communication be in writing.
3. Your contact information
You are responsible for keeping your email address and other contact information accurate and current, and for monitoring the email address on file.
A communication is considered delivered when sent to the email address on file, whether or not you open or read it. If email to your address fails repeatedly, we may suspend electronic delivery and attempt to reach you by other means, but we are not obligated to do so.
4. Technical requirements
You need an active email account, a device with internet access, a current web browser, and the ability to open PDF documents. You must be able to retain copies of communications, by saving or printing them.
5. Electronic signatures
Where a service requires your signature, you consent to sign electronically. Electronic signatures we collect have the same legal effect as handwritten signatures under the federal E-SIGN Act and the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act as adopted in Virginia.
6. Requesting paper copies
You may request a paper copy of any record we have delivered electronically by writing to info@veritexadvisory.com. We do not currently charge a fee for paper copies. If we introduce a fee, we will disclose it before providing the copy.
7. Withdrawing consent
You may withdraw consent to electronic delivery by written notice to info@veritexadvisory.com.
Withdrawal may prevent us from providing services that depend on electronic delivery, including registered agent notification and compliance monitoring. Where electronic delivery is essential to a service, withdrawal may result in termination of that service. Withdrawal is effective only after we have had a reasonable opportunity to act on it.
8. Changes
We may update this document, with notice as described in Section 2.
